Get in touch.
RetroPals is a small project, so a real person reads every message and usually replies within a few days.

What we would like to hear about
What made you stop using it
The single most valuable thing anyone can tell us, and the hardest to get, because people who stop using an app do not usually write in about it.
Where it felt pushy
The whole point of the app is that it is not. If something in it nagged you, that is a bug in the design.
What you wanted it to notice and it did not
Especially in the weekly reflection.
Anything that felt like it was judging you
Same as above. That is not what this is for.
What we cannot help with
RetroPals is a wellbeing and reflection tool. It is not a medical device, and we are not clinicians. We cannot give medical, psychological or crisis advice, and we cannot help in an emergency.
If you are struggling, please contact a health professional or a local support service. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.
