The documents
Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we do not, where it is stored, who can see it, and what your rights are.
Terms of Use
The agreement between you and RetroPals: acceptable use, subscriptions and billing, liability, and the limits of what this app is.
Research Programme
No research programme is running at this time, and no research data is being collected from anyone. If a study opens in future, its consent document will be published here first.
Getting your data back, or getting rid of it
Delete your account
Removes your account and the data attached to it. Available from inside the app, and from here for anyone who has already uninstalled it.
RetroPals is not a medical service
RetroPals is a wellbeing and reflection tool. It is not a medical device and it does not provide medical, psychological or crisis care. Your AI companion is a language model, not a clinician.
If you are struggling, please contact a health professional or a local support service. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.
Questions about any of this go to the contact form, category “Privacy or my data”, or to the address published in the documents themselves.
